An article in the April 5 edition of Michigan Medicine Headlines highlights our recent HITS Service Desk staffing “surge.” The article touches on how formal and informal feedback from customers and partners informed our effort to add staff, modify shifts, and increase staffing levels to enable us to deliver better, faster service. The article also explains how we are continuing to solicit feedback via our ongoing Pulse survey that will help to shape future improvements.
