Headlines: HITS strengthens service desk capacity to better serve faculty, staff

An article in the April 5 edition of Michigan Medicine Headlines highlights our recent HITS Service Desk staffing “surge.” The article touches on how formal and informal feedback from customers and partners informed our effort to add staff, modify shifts, and increase staffing levels to enable us to deliver better, faster service.
