Pop-Up Clinics to Assist With AirWatch & WiFi Connections

The HITS Service Desk has been offering IT support clinics to assist users to comply with the various network changes being implemented. Effective April 27, controls will be put in force for the wireless network throughout Michigan Medicine. This means that only CoreImage devices, including institutionally-owned devices that have been inventoried, and personally-owned devices enrolled in AirWatch will be able to join the Michigan Medicine UMHS-8021X WiFi network and access internal resources. 

The last WiFi Friday clinic will be in the Towsley Triangle on Friday, April 21 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
