Unity 2.0 Advisory Committee members have requested that project leaders share more information with HITS staff regarding a variety of topics. We are now compiling and posting information and associated links to resources on the “2.0” section of the Unity website.
On Monday, February 27, you’re invited to gather with your colleagues for our Winter 2017 HITS All-Staff Meeting.
We are pleased to announce that 17 HITS colleagues have agreed to serve on the new Unity 2.0 Advisory Committee. Together, they represent all of our divisions, and bring a wide variety of experiences and perspectives to the group.
Per the Committee's suggestion, we are providing answers to some of their initial questions, and access to additional resources related to Unity 2.0 and other activities.
Our Unity Work Continues …
On January 9, Health Information Technology & Services (HITS) will open a new Help Me Now (HMN) walk-up support center in the Towsley Center for Continuing Medical Education, located in Room G2413 (near the lobby just inside the building entrance).
As the December holidays approach, we want to remind everyone about how we balance staff requests for time off with our need to ensure consistent operations and quality service for our customers and colleagues.
The Unity Team is collaborating with Identity and Access Management Services (IAM) to overhaul our existing e-mail group structures so that, over time, legacy MCIT and MSIS lists will be renamed and organized under the HITS umbrella.
As our Unification process moves forward, we want to be sure that we're communicating effectively with our customers and colleagues about what's happening – and what they can expect.
